There are a few things that Mayor Vincent Gray could do to make life a little easier for District residents and our visitors. For the amount of money that the city is paying for outsourcing DC parking meter management and the new telephone/smartphone App parking feature the city could get the signs on the street to match the meters. I think this is the sneakiest way to suck money out of unsuspecting residents and our visitors. It is underhanded, disingenuous, and should be illegal - Anybody know what I’m talking about?
